Terms of Use Policy

This policy aims to ensure the comfort, safety, and respect of all our guests, as well as the preservation of our facilities.

 

Occupancy

  • Access to the chalet or condo is reserved for those registered at the time of reservation.
  • The signer of the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old.
  • The maximum capacity indicated must be respected at all times.

Arrival and Departure

  • In the chalets: Arrival: from 4 p.m. Departure: 10 a.m.
  • In the condos: Arrival: from 4 p.m. Departure: 11 a.m.
  • For early or late arrivals and departures, please contact us.

Use of the Facilities

  • Furniture, appliances, electronics, and outdoor equipment (spa, sauna, BBQ, fireplaces, etc.) must be used in accordance with their intended purpose and the instructions provided.
  • Use of the spa and outdoor equipment is prohibited after 11 p.m. out of respect for the neighborhood. It is strictly forbidden to move furniture inside or outside.
  1. Rules of Conduct
  • Noisy parties, inappropriate behavior, or noise pollution are prohibited.
  • Respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
  • No smoking inside (including e-cigarettes and cannabis).

Pets

  • Pets are only permitted in cabins that allow them (no condos) according to the conditions stipulated at the time of booking.
  • The owner is responsible for any damage or dirtiness caused by their pet.
  1. Safety
  • Indoor and outdoor fireplaces must be used safely and never left unattended.
  • The use of candles or open flames is prohibited inside. No confetti or fireworks are permitted.
  • Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked when you are away. 
  1. Cleanliness and Maintenance
  • The premises must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness.
  • Place garbage and recycling in the appropriate bins, clean dishes, empty refrigerators/freezers and the pantry, place furniture in its original location, and close windows and lights.
  • Additional cleaning and maintenance fees may be charged if cleanliness and usage instructions are not followed.
  • In the event of a major breakdown in the chalet, the tenant must notify the rental managers by informing management at info@chalets-village.com. The security deposit will be used. Refer to the table of additional charges and fees for the costs associated with the various items.
  1. Liability
  • Chalet-Village is not responsible for any loss, theft, or accidents occurring on the premises.
  • The tenant is responsible for any property damage or bodily injury caused by themselves, their guests, or their pets. 
  1. Policy Violations
  • Any serious or repeated violation of this policy may result in immediate eviction without refund and additional fees for damages or cleaning.
