It was a wonderful weekend!

There were 15 of us in a beautiful, spacious chalet. We had a small issue, and the employee in charge of our reservation (Maude) resolved it simply, quickly, and very professionally.

Le bois pour le foyer était disponible près du chalet et, surprise, il y avait même un haut-parleur portatif bluetooth qui nous a permis d'écouter facilement nos listes de musique ! We recently visited Mont Ste-Anne to enjoy nature. When we arrived at Alta and Silva, everything was spotless! The children had a great time in the dormitories, and even some of the adults found them very comfortable. The spa water was crystal clear, showing that it's well-maintained. Next time we go to Mont Ste-Anne as a group, we will definitely contact the Chalets Village team, who provided us with excellent advice.
