The Manor
Built in 1927, this magnificent English style building with 3 floors is surrounded by mature trees. It used to host foreign engineers of the pulp and paper company Abitibi-Price in Beaupré. These employees were mostly originally from Ontario and England. This incredible “Staff House”, by the Sainte-Anne-du-Nord river, was used mostly as accommodation for the staff as well as visiting company guests.
In 2006, Chalets-Village acquired the manor. Its primary vocation is still to welcome groups of visitors in a country setting. This is the perfect setting for celebrations such as family reunions, weddings, wedding anniversaries, and provides a great location for large group gatherings of friends or colleagues. The reception hall has a surface of 1,500 ft2 (140 m2) with a view of the river and mountain, all within a beautiful countryside setting. An arch is in place on the river side to allow you to celebrate your wedding.
The 32 bedrooms are designed with style and elegance. The manor has 15 washrooms, a large living room, a spacious and distinct dining room, a very large, professionally equipped kitchen, a large game room in the lower level and a reception hall.
The Mont-Sainte-Anne Manor is located only 5km from Mont-Sainte-Anne, at the heart of Beaupré and all of its amenities. The beach, tennis courts, and public pool are all just a 5 minute walk away.
The Manor can accommodate up to 80 people and the total surface is 15,100 ft2 (1,402 m2) across all floors.

No-show / Early departure
No refunds will be given for no-shows or departures before the scheduled end of the stay.
Force majeur
In the event of an inability to stay due to major reasons (natural disasters, official road closures, government restrictions), a travel credit may be issued at the discretion of management, valid for a period of 12 months.
Security Deposit
- $500 for cottages for 12 people or less
- $750 for cottages for 13 to 20 people
- $1,000 for cottages for 21 to 49 people
- $2,500 for cottages for 50 people or more
Terms of Use Policy
This policy aims to ensure the comfort, safety, and respect of all our guests, as well as the preservation of our facilities.
Occupancy
- Access to the chalet or condo is reserved for those registered at the time of reservation.
- The signer of the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old.
- The maximum capacity indicated must be respected at all times.
Arrival and Departure
- In the chalets: Arrival: from 4 p.m. Departure: 10 a.m.
- In the condos: Arrival: from 4 p.m. Departure: 11 a.m.

Use of the Facilities
- Furniture, appliances, electronics, and outdoor equipment (spa, sauna, BBQ, fireplaces, etc.) must be used in accordance with their intended purpose and the instructions provided.
- Use of the spa and outdoor equipment is prohibited after 11 p.m. out of respect for the neighborhood. It is strictly forbidden to move furniture inside or outside.
- Rules of Conduct
- Noisy parties, inappropriate behavior, or noise pollution are prohibited.
- Respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- No smoking inside (including e-cigarettes and cannabis).
Pets
- Pets are only permitted in cabins that allow them (no condos) according to the conditions stipulated at the time of booking.
- The owner is responsible for any damage or dirtiness caused by their pet.
- Safety
- Indoor and outdoor fireplaces must be used safely and never left unattended.
- The use of candles or open flames is prohibited inside. No confetti or fireworks are permitted.
- Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked when you are away.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance
- The premises must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness.
- Place garbage and recycling in the appropriate bins, clean dishes, empty refrigerators/freezers and the pantry, place furniture in its original location, and close windows and lights.
- Additional cleaning and maintenance fees may be charged if cleanliness and usage instructions are not followed.
- In the event of a major breakdown in the chalet, the tenant must notify the rental managers by informing management at info@chalets-village.com. The security deposit will be used. Refer to the table of additional charges and fees for the costs associated with the various items.
- Liability
- Chalet-Village is not responsible for any loss, theft, or accidents occurring on the premises.
- The tenant is responsible for any property damage or bodily injury caused by themselves, their guests, or their pets.
- Policy Violations
- Any serious or repeated violation of this policy may result in immediate eviction without refund and additional fees for damages or cleaning.
