It’s a great place to gather your family and friends. Perfectly equipped and available to welcome you as if you were at home, but at the chalet, all complemented by a beautiful fireplace in the main living room. Unit 100 can accommodate 12 people. The total area of this 3-story chalet is 1750 sq. Ft. (162 m2). It allows you to stay directly at the foot of the gondola and the ski and bike slopes of Mont-Sainte-Anne.

 

Wow, at all times : access to an indoor pool, spa, sauna and gym 2km away. In winter only: access to a heated outdoor pool and sauna 3km away.

Deposit upon booking

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount is required at the time of booking to guarantee your stay.
The final balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation policy

24 hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation may be canceled free of charge.
+ 90 days: Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the chalet arrival date will result in the loss of 25% of the total reservation amount as damages.
– 90 days: Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the chalet arrival date will result in the loss of all amounts received to date (100% of the total reservation amount).

Booking changes

Date changes are possible up to 90 days prior to arrival, subject to availability, and may result in a rate change.
No changes are possible within 90 days of arrival.

No-show / Early departure

No refunds will be given for no-shows or departures before the scheduled end of the stay.

In the event of an inability to stay due to major reasons (natural disasters, official road closures, government restrictions), a travel credit may be issued at the discretion of management, valid for a period of 12 months.

Security Deposit

A security deposit is required for all reservations.
  • $500 for cottages for 12 people or less
  • $750 for cottages for 13 to 20 people
  • $1,000 for cottages for 21 to 49 people
  • $2,500 for cottages for 50 people or more
The amount is pre-authorized on a credit card 5 days prior to arrival and released once the cottage has been inspected. The security deposit is an amount authorized on your credit card and not charged.
In the event of a major breakage and/or non-compliance with the condo’s occupancy policy, the security deposit will be used. A detailed email with a photo will be sent to you, along with the invoice.

Terms of Use Policy

This policy aims to ensure the comfort, safety, and respect of all our guests, as well as the preservation of our facilities.

 

Occupancy

  • Access to the chalet or condo is reserved for those registered at the time of reservation.
  • The signer of the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old.
  • The maximum capacity indicated must be respected at all times.

Arrival and Departure

  • In the chalets: Arrival: from 4 p.m. Departure: 10 a.m.
  • In the condos: Arrival: from 4 p.m. Departure: 11 a.m.
  • For early or late arrivals and departures, please contact us.

Use of the Facilities

  • Furniture, appliances, electronics, and outdoor equipment (spa, sauna, BBQ, fireplaces, etc.) must be used in accordance with their intended purpose and the instructions provided.
  • Use of the spa and outdoor equipment is prohibited after 11 p.m. out of respect for the neighborhood. It is strictly forbidden to move furniture inside or outside.
  1. Rules of Conduct
  • Noisy parties, inappropriate behavior, or noise pollution are prohibited.
  • Respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
  • No smoking inside (including e-cigarettes and cannabis).

Pets

  • Pets are only permitted in cabins that allow them (no condos) according to the conditions stipulated at the time of booking.
  • The owner is responsible for any damage or dirtiness caused by their pet.
  1. Safety
  • Indoor and outdoor fireplaces must be used safely and never left unattended.
  • The use of candles or open flames is prohibited inside. No confetti or fireworks are permitted.
  • Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked when you are away. 
  1. Cleanliness and Maintenance
  • The premises must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness.
  • Place garbage and recycling in the appropriate bins, clean dishes, empty refrigerators/freezers and the pantry, place furniture in its original location, and close windows and lights.
  • Additional cleaning and maintenance fees may be charged if cleanliness and usage instructions are not followed.
  • In the event of a major breakdown in the chalet, the tenant must notify the rental managers by informing management at info@chalets-village.com. The security deposit will be used. Refer to the table of additional charges and fees for the costs associated with the various items.
  1. Liability
  • Chalet-Village is not responsible for any loss, theft, or accidents occurring on the premises.
  • The tenant is responsible for any property damage or bodily injury caused by themselves, their guests, or their pets. 
  1. Policy Violations
  • Any serious or repeated violation of this policy may result in immediate eviction without refund and additional fees for damages or cleaning.
