This chalet was once a well reputed restaurant in Mont-Sainte-Anne. The restaurant Chez Albert was well-known for its wood oven pizzas which were enjoyed for over 25 years. This ancestral Canadian style house was built in the 1980’s by Albert Alarcon from France.
The chalet has been transformed after various renovations and now offers the possibility to run a restaurant-style kitchen for a few days. Whether you want to hire a private chef, a caterer or prepare the meals yourself, this large and fully equipped kitchen is available to all occupants.
The mirrored bar area offers a stylish space to mix cocktails for guests. The pizza oven is also still functional. Guests can enjoy all these extras to their heart’s content. Large and bright, the original dining area can welcome up to 40 people.
Chez Albert can accommodate up to 20 people. The total surface is 3,000 ft2 (279 m2) across all floors.
